Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return items must be sent to an address that will be provided after your return request has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
